Our 7 main Chakras are:
❤️ Root Chakra – located at the base of our spine. The color is RED. Purpose is the Right to be here, belonging, our safety and security. Meeting our basic needs.
🧡 Sacral Chakra – located below the navel. The color is ORANGE. Purpose is the Right to feel and have pleasure, emotional embodiment, sensuality, connection to our inner feminine. Meeting our emotional needs.
💛 Solar Plexus Chakra – located above the navel/stomach area. The color is YELLOW. Purpose is the Right to act and be an individual. Emotional intelligence, healthy boundaries. Ability to meet challenges.
💚 Heart Chakra – located at the center of chest. The color is GREEN (& pink). Purpose is the Right to love and be loved, good immune system, compassionate, self loving. A balanced state and being able to to receive in equal amounts to giving.
💙 Throat Chakra – located at the throat area. The color is SKY BLUE. Purpose is the Right to Speak and be Heard, clear communication, good sense of rhythm and timing, living creatively. The ability to be a good listener and to own our voice.
💜 Third Eye Chakra – located at the center of eyebrows. The color is INDIGO/PURPLE. Purpose is the Right to See, intuition, imagination, perception, good memory and dream recall. Being able to think symbolically and the ability to visualize.
⚪️ Crown Chakra – located above the head. The color is WHITE/VIOLET. Purpose is the Right to know and learn, awareness, intelligence, integration, mindful, spiritually connected. The ability to receive, analyze and assimilate information.
