JOURNALING
…has an amazing way of unravelling what’s deep inside. It’s such a powerful tool of discovery and self connection. It’s always been a way for me to make sense of life and its complexities since I was a teen.
Although these days I don’t seem to journal as often as I used to but whenever I do it’s amazing how the confusion and fog can lift by just writing stuff down…sometimes “incomprehensible weird does not make sense” kind of stuff – It doesn’t have to make sense. Is just a purge of scrabble pieces that don’t make anything. Until they do.
Once it’s on that piece of paper your mind has a chance to piece it all together. After you’re done, you don’t even need that paper anymore unless you want to keep it of course. But the work is done and the unfolding can now begin.
